I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the beach was beautiful and the kids club staff were attentive and caring, the facilities are outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The check-in process was frustratingly long, and the food quality left a lot to be desired. However, some staff members stood out as being genuinely friendly and helpful, which was a bright spot during our stay.

I had a pretty nice time at this hotel, and it turned out to be better than I had anticipated after hearing some mixed reviews. The location right by the beach is definitely a highlight, along with the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay. However, the dining options could use some work, and some aspects of the facilities still felt a bit worn out. Overall, it offers good value for the money, especially with the beautiful pool area.

I just returned from an incredible week at Now Emerald, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The resort is large and well-kept, with comfortable rooms and excellent service, especially at the adult pool area. The food was mostly good, although some restaurants had limited hours. The main downside was the number of stairs, which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, I felt it was great value for the price I paid.
